Mateo & Daddy Date

I'm in a Christmas Choir which has required Jeremiah to have Mateo more often.  Jeremiah and Mateo do great, but I always feel like I'm missing out!  I guess this must be God's way of having me put him first, and not my family!  :)  Anyways...it's so great for Mateo and Jeremiah to spend this time together and I do love hearing Jeremiah tell me about their day.
On Sunday, the boys spent a day at the downtown library.  Not a place Mateo and I make it to often, actually we have only been there 1 time.  Anyways, here's what their afternoon looked like!

I love this picture of Mateo and the train.  If you look closely, you can 

see his mouth in a funny shape because he's making his train noise.

I can just hear him as I look at the picture!  What a great memory to have

when he's grown up and sassing instead of making train noises.

 I loved hearing Jeremiah explain to me these pictures.  The joy in his voice was so sweet as he told me how Mateo would eat the food as this other little girl "made" the food for him.  It's neat to hear Jeremiah tell these stories, as I often accuse him of not paying close attention to the details of Mateo.  :)  He proved me wrong.

 Next weekend the two will be getting LOTS of time together as our Christmas Program takes place...5 times!  Interested in coming!?  Check out graced here!
