Since Mateo's been born I feel like we have been everywhere! Between moving, visiting family and friends, weddings, we've hit most parts of Ohio and some Indiana and Michigan. Our first official family vacation though was the last part of June when we flew to Connecticut to spend some time with the Stevens family. We had a great time! It was so nice to have some time away from the daily routine of life, and get a chance to see different parts of the country. We spent most of our time in New Hampshire at the Buck Stop Lodge (BSL), Owned by Buck CA and Doe Sue. Here we spent time eating, relaxing, floating on Provinance Lake, touring Wolfboro, go carting, putt-putting, playing yard games, shooting guns, riding four wheelers, listening to CA tell stories, and so much more! Mateo did so good on the plane too (although it wasn't his first flight). He slept half the trip and the other half he was entertained by toys and mostly food. We were also blessed to sit by wonderful people who were okay with entertaining our sweet boy too! One gentleman lives right here in Dublin and was such a joy to talk with. Here are some shots of our week in NH.
Mateo LOVED the 4 wheeler!
Wolfboro Diner....no need to revisit!
Want to know who won!? Nick won this round...only because I got "caught in the mix". Also known as Jeremiah and Uncle Chris ganging up on me and spinning me out. No competitiveness in the family!
Mateo also got to shoot his first gun! Overall...we had a WONDERFUL vacation even on the 100 degree plus days. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality Steven's family!
